Payroll Supervisor (Part Time – 21 hours per week)

We are on the lookout for a part time Payroll Supervisor to join our growing payroll department. If you thrive in a deadline-driven environment, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy working closely with clients and are looking for a new challenge, this is the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing payroll and CIS for a portfolio of clients
- Ensuring accurate and timely BACS payments, RTI, and Auto-Enrolment submissions
- Handling pension contributions, holiday pay, SSP, SMP, and other schemes
- Building strong relationships with clients and resolving payroll queries
- Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and improving processes where needed
- Working with a dedicated team to fully service client needs
What We're Looking For:
- Experience processing payroll and CIS for multiple clients (weekly/fortnightly/monthly)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of SAGE and Xero Payroll is a plus
- A proactive and confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
- A team player who thrives under deadlines.
