About
Working with me
I joined Kaizen in October 2021, bringing more than 30 years of operational, commercial and management experience across a wide range of businesses and industries.
My career has included family businesses, hospitality, retail, B2B sales, logistics, transport and strategic business projects. That broad experience helps me look at a business from several angles rather than starting with a predetermined solution.
As Strategic Projects Partner, I work with businesses to understand challenges, identify opportunities and turn ideas into practical solutions across process improvement, operational efficiency, compliance, business systems, management information, reporting, automation, AI and technology. My focus is always on making sure the result works for the people who will use it.
Personal profile
A little about me
Outside Kaizen, I enjoy cooking, travelling, keeping active and attempting to balance healthy eating with everything else life has to offer. My approach to instruction manuals is to avoid them wherever possible — I’d much rather work it out myself.
I once auditioned for Bullseye. Sadly, no speedboat followed. I also once sat next to Roy Walker on a flight and ended up playing blackjack with him. It’s still unclear which of us had the better poker face.
